CherRaye is a dynamic speaker and tech startup founder with a rich background in Product Management, Marketing Research, UI/UX Design, Sales Development, and Entrepreneurship. Her journey from being an SDR to product management to founding Brownce—an up-and-coming beauty service app empowering Black and Brown communities—makes her an authentic voice for inclusive tech entrepreneurship and innovation. Drawing from her experiences at Penske, Nielsen, and Wikipedia, CherRaye’s storytelling and strategies resonate with aspiring tech entrepreneurial audiences, offering practical insights applicable to various projects and ventures.

In her no-frills, real-deal workshop “Navigating Tech Entrepreneurship and Building a Product while Black”, CherRaye aims to help aspiring Black tech entrepreneurs excel within the ever-evolving tech industry by sharing actionable strategies and real-world examples from her journey founding Brownce. Together, we’ll address challenges unique to Black tech entrepreneurs and how to overcome them.
