AI’s impact on everyday life has been particularly disruptive over the last 12-18 months. People within and outside of the AI industry grapple with how to interact with AI. Vetting the accuracy of data and AI outcomes and assessing the quality of these tools can be overwhelming even when we have the prerequisite knowledge. In this session, we’ll examine the delicate balancing act among people, models and systems when integrating AI. Attendees will then be set up to clarify the ethical and equity gaps in their data pipelines. We’ll also discuss ways to develop implementable data and AI interventions without significantly disrupting existing data operations and processes.
